Miha Perne (1978) graduated in Photography at the Secondary School for Design and Photography in Ljubljana in 1997. In 2004, he graduated in Painting at the Ljubljana Academy of Fine Arts and Design. In 2005, he formed the Beli Sladoled painting group with Leon Zuodar. They established Beli Sladoled Books & Zines publishing in 2005, receiving the OHO Group Award for their work. As part of the collective, Miha’s work was featured in the Zines! Contemporary Zine Production group exhibition at the International Centre of Graphic Arts and in Off the Hook at UGM Studio in collaboration with the DobraVaga Gallery. He is active in the fields of painting, graphics and comic books. He gardens.
